Are we all an Script Kiddie?

I believe that a script kiddie is a person who knows how to research readily available tools to control computer systems, networks, or websites - perhaps with evil intentions, but mostly to protect themselves. Most importantly, what's more hacking style than using a flip-flop phone to secretly communicate with like-minded people? Think about how many of us perform everyday tasks using tech tools. These tools serve as shortcuts for us, just like the scripts used by those criticized in the hacker community as script kiddies.

But we as fans also need to protect ourselves.

Apple’s security measures fail: Thieves exploit recovery key system

"How secure are Apple devices really? A recent report from CNN shows that the company's sophisticated recovery key system is increasingly being exploited by thieves. Of particular concern is that if thieves have the recovery key and the iPhone, the rightful owner can be locked out not only of the device, but also of other Apple products. Apple does not offer a solution for this, because only those who have the recovery key get access to the associated Apple ID.
